JJRC as a brand has flooded the market with their various discount drones, providing fliers with everything from snazzy little hexacopters to slightly more expensive FPV quads and just about everything in between. The JJ1000 falls into another tried-and-true category of hobby-grade drones: the small, inexpensive, indoor-capable mini-quadcopter. While the number of nearly indistinguishable mini-drones on the market at any given time is astounding, JJRC makes a pretty good case for why you should choose their particular (and very inexpensive) option.
Able to be flown for a solid eight minutes at a time, the JJRC JJ1000 sadly cannot be flown continuously for longer than that, as the battery is not removable. However, its 45-minute charge time isn't too bad, and one could technically buy a whole fleet of these things are barely see a dent in their wallet. It's got LEDs for night flight, headless mode for easy flight, and even has that cool feature wherein it takes flight upon being thrown. The JJ1000 has two speed modes, making it equally adept at navigating tight indoor corners and fully utilizing its 100-meter maximum range in an outdoor expanse. Most importantly, this drone is a smooth flier. But don't just take my word for it—check out an in-flight video on YouTube and see it in action for yourself.

All deliver on a fundamental JJRC promise: decent products for an excellent price.
I love this product, really reliable. I will buy 3 more of these. It's affordable, easy to use and user friendly.
Nothing for this price will bring this much speed, control, build quality and this much fun. Plus it's a good night flyer.
So stable and easy to fly, bright LEDs, simply fantastic, better than some expensive quads.
This quad is awesome. Especially when paired with the H8C transmitter, this thing is incredibly versatile. I would recommend anyone ... to really give it a second look.
Great for beginners. Very stable and gentle flier at 25% pitch rate. Lots of fun for intermediate and advanced fliers, very maneuverable at higher rates.
